Coordinate with clinical and field partners

Start with Coordinate schedules with clinical and field partners to choose how each partner participates.

• Share a saved schedule with a Schedule Viewer.
• Keep Schedule Viewers informed by email.
• Work with a Scheduling Partner that creates placement events.

Share an event

Open an event and tap Share. EMCE creates a link to that event occurrence. On macOS, the link is copied to the clipboard; on other supported devices, choose an app or contact from the system share sheet.

The recipient must sign in to EMCE and have permission to view the event. For a recurring event, the link opens the occurrence you shared.

Lab-linked events

Events created for Labs are managed from the Lab rather than the normal event editor. Open the event and choose Edit Lab or Switch to Lab View. Student roster changes must also be made from the Lab.

Saved schedules and Schedule Viewers

A saved schedule is a reusable group of filters that can also define the events a Schedule Viewer is allowed to see.
